You're ready to stop guessing and make a plan. Let's do it together.
We'll use functional testing, interpreted in the context of your full health story, to identify imbalances and come up with a plan that's workable for you, now.
You know something's off...
You've tried to figure it out on your own — searching online, taking supplements, reaching out for help. Maybe your labs came back normal. Or nobody ran the right ones. Maybe you have a diagnosis and still don't know what's driving it. Normal means nothing crossed a threshold. It doesn't mean nothing is off.
What's off shows up in patterns, not in single markers.
Your symptoms aren't random...
they show up together.
Fatigue, brain fog, weight that won't move, gut issues, hormones that feel out of control — symptoms like these tend to travel in groups. The same is true across your lifestyle, your health history, and your test results — patterns, all pointing toward imbalances in your body's systems.
That's where I come in.
Hi, I'm Jen
I'm a functional health practitioner based in New Jersey, working with clients locally and across the country.I came to this after a cancer diagnosis in my family sent me looking for answers nobody was giving us. My background is in biomedical engineering and computer systems analysis — different work, same instinct: understand the system, find the pattern, keep working the problem until it makes sense.
A pattern-finder by nature, I bring that same mindset to functional health — thoughtful, thorough, and rigorously determined to find what's undermining the balance of your body's systems.
I don't diagnose or treat disease — I look for patterns, and the imbalances they point to. This work is designed to complement your medical care, not replace it.

How we'll work together
A structured, data-driven approach — find the patterns, understand what's driving them, and build a plan you can actually follow.01
Intake and initial testing
We start with a thorough intake: your history, lifestyle, symptoms, and priorities. Test kits go out — most are collected at home, and bloodwork is a quick visit to a local draw site.
02
Getting started
While results are pending, you get targeted education and personalized lifestyle suggestions, plus whatever monitoring your program includes. You can start making changes right away.
03
Correlation and planning
I read results against your intake and anything you've been tracking. The patterns that emerge reveal health imbalances—opportunities for healing—that shape your plan.
04
Delivery and adjustment
You receive a plan built from your full health story. We'll adjust it as you get started, based on what works for you.
05
Implementation and refinement
You work through the plan, telling me how your body is responding through a short check-in form as you go. I refine along the way, and messaging stays open in between.
06
Next steps
At the end of any program, we talk about where to go from here — on your own, or together.
Where to start
Two programs, depending on how deep you want to go.

Common Questions
No. I don't diagnose, treat or cure disease. My work is meant to sit alongside your medical care, not replace it.
Your doctor is looking for disease, and that's the right job — but "no disease found" and "everything is working well" aren't the same finding. I'm looking for patterns across your systems, and the imbalances those patterns point to. Those are opportunities for healing, not diagnoses. If something in your results belongs with a physician, I'll tell you.
If something's been off for a while and you want to understand why, this is built for you. That includes people whose labs came back normal, people who've never had the right testing done, and people who have a diagnosis but want to know what's driving it. It's not the right fit if you're looking for a diagnosis, or if you have new or worsening symptoms a doctor hasn't looked at yet — that comes first.
Tell me what you had and roughly when — that's usually enough for me to say whether it could stand in for a panel in your program. I'll go through the results properly once we're working together; before that, just knowing what exists helps me plan what you actually need.
Almost. Your kits ship to your door and everything else happens by video or through your portal. The one exception is bloodwork, which needs a quick visit to a local draw site — I'll send the requisition. I work with clients across the US; a few panels take an extra step in NY, NJ, RI and MD.
Some things shift in the first few weeks — usually energy and sleep, once blood sugar and minerals start to move. The deeper work takes longer, which is why programs run three to six months rather than a few sessions. I'd rather tell you that now than have you expecting a fast fix.
